4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Tsiokas.AI operates on a subscription model (monthly or annual billing). Payments are auto-billed via Stripe based on your chosen plan. No refunds are provided once a payment is processed. Failure to make payments may result in account suspension until payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tsiokas.AI is not responsible for loss of revenue, reputational damage, or incorrect AI responses that result from the use of our services. AI-generated responses are based on pre-programmed logic and do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Tsiokas.AI is not liable for any business losses arising from software failures or miscommunications.

6. Account Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period. Tsiokas.AI reserves the right to terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

Users retain full ownership of all data collected via Tsiokas.AI. Tsiokas.AI will not sell or share user data with third parties. Users agree that some aggregated, non-personalized data may be used to improve AI training and service performance.

8. AI Voice & Chatbot Disclaimers

Users understand that AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be monitored accordingly. AI Voice Agents are not human representatives and may have limitations in handling certain customer queries.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

10. Agreement Acceptance
